Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit high potential insurance agents 
  • Onboard agents under Gannit framework, providing them with necessary training and resources
  • Ensure agent is active, motivated and capable of referring new business opportunities 
  • Monitor and Mentor agents to ensure consistent performance and growth 
  • Establish strategic partnership to explore opportunities for insurance sales like Travel industry, Hospitals etc. 
  • Identify bulk Business opportunities, creating alliances with different industries for mutual benefit
  • Develop and implement brand awareness strategies in targeted audience 
  • Organize Study circles, presentations, group meetings to educate and engage with potential clients  

What We’re Looking for:

  • Post Graduate, Masters in Business Administration 
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Business development, specifically in insurance and mutual fund sales  
  • Proven track record of agent recruitment, channel partner management and generating bulk business  
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Insurance and Mutual Fund market
  • String analytical skills for market mapping and opportunity identification
  • Self-driven, results oriented with a passion for growth and leadership

  • Knowledge of local market and customer preference 
  • Handling a book with decent AUM shall be an added advantage

We are seeking talented Content Writer with a strong understanding of SEO principals and experience in social media marketing. The ideal candidate should have a passion to create engaging content that drives traffic and increases brand awareness. This role requires high level of creativity, attention to details and management skills 

The candidate should bring their laptop and creative portfolio while coming for interview 

Role Involves 

  • Create compelling blog post, articles, social media content that meets SEO standards 
  • Conduct through research on Financial industry to develop original content 
  • Creating reels, carousel, videos etc. should be the forte  
  • Experience in using design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator preferred   
  • Use analytical tools to monitor the performance of content and make recommendations for improvement 

What We’re Looking for:
