Refund & Returns Policy

At Ganitiuam Financial Services LLP, we value your trust and are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent experience when you purchase health plans through us. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a booking.

Booking Confirmation

Your booking will be confirmed only after our team verifies your payment. Once the payment is successfully verified, a confirmation email will be sent to you from support@gannit.in with all the booking details.
If the payment cannot be verified, we will reach out to you via email for further assistance.

Changes to Your Booking

We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your booking, please let us know at least 24–48 hours in advance by sending an email to support@gannit.in.
Kindly include your full name, contact number, and booking reference in the email.
Please note that changes requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may not be accepted and may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following situations:

  • If your payment cannot be verified.

  • If your booking is cancelled by our team for operational reasons.

  • If your cancellation request meets the 24–48 hour advance notice period.

Once your refund is approved, you will receive a notification via email.
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • No-shows or failure to avail of the service.

  • Services that have already been availed or partially used.

Payment Methods

We accept secure online payments through UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Your information is always handled with the highest level of security.

Policy Updates

Ganitiuam Financial Services LLP reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
